The Moore Commercial Group is connected with the southeastern affiliate of The Storage Acquisition Group. They are actively pursuing acquisitions of off-market self storage facilities and portfolios on behalf of a large, privately held investment fund. They work directly with owners, providing a simple and seamless process with the highest possible returns.

The most important priority is ensuring that you receive an accurate evaluation of your storage facility. David Spencer will work with you to complete an initial evaluation of your property, whether you are considering selling your property or just want to consider your options, with no cost or obligation whatsoever.

As the underwriting process unfolds, the entire MCG team will be available to help put together a project that meets the requirements of all parties to the transaction.

What We Do


The TSAG platform is designed to provide self-storage facility owners with the maximum return on their investment and the fewest impediments on the path towards that goal.

They work to identify potential opportunities, then review the financial performance and the strength of the market to determine each property’s value. It has never been easier, faster, or more profitable to sell a storage facility.

Although we analyze each property on its own merits, there are some general metrics that we like to see:

  • Preferred 45,000 square feet (no maximum).
  • Both climate controlled and non-climate controlled assets.
  • Portfolios of any size will be considered
  • Special consideration to stabilized Class “A” climate-controlled facilities

Leveraging our affiliations with both The Storage Acquisition Group and KW Commercial, The Moore Commercial Group is seeking self-storage acquisition opportunities across the United States and even internationally. Efforts will be made to concentrate acquisitions wherever possible, particularly in new markets.
